The new ‘Indiana Jones’ movie de-ages Harrison Ford. He found it ‘a little spooky’ when he learned that Harrison Ford is being played by a younger actor. So it took him a while to adjust. He was never really interested in the franchise and said he found Harrison Ford a ‘little spooky’ in ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark.’
Harrison Ford, who plays Indy, is 41 years old and looks much younger.
Ford told the BBC that he was’scared’ to find out his lookalike was younger than him.
‘I found it a little spooky when I heard about it,’ he said.
‘I couldn’t have been happier about it for sure. I think we all find characters – particularly characters that we know – a little spooky.’

The actor said the idea of finding out he’s playing an older Harrison Ford came a bit quickly and naturally, a bit with relief.
‘I find myself being surprised by the things that I just find very strange or spooky or odd or unbelievable,’ he said.
‘And for example, I don’t know who it is playing Harrison Ford and I was really, really surprised that it was him because I knew who Harrison Ford was and I thought that he was very different looking. And then when I found out it was him, that was just a little shock.’
The ‘Indiana Jones’ film is directed by Colin Farrell and opens in the UK on Friday.
