Odell Beckham Jr. removed from Miami flight, charged with felony
Miami — The Miami Heat’s starting power forward in Sunday’s game against Oklahoma City had to be separated from his family and taken to a hospital to be examined after suffering a seizure in the flight to Oklahoma City.
But it wasn’t until he arrived at the hospital that his family learned that police had charged him with a felony for obstruction of justice, according to the Miami Herald.
Investigators said Beckham, 28, got in the shower of his home late Sunday after not seeing his family on the flight. His brother, who said he was present, said one of the men in the shower told him that while Beckham was in the shower, someone came into the room and tried to take the shower curtain off him.
Police said Beckham put up a fight and was hit in the head and sustained a brain injury. Beckham was later charged with resisting arrest without violence.

Wade has seen pictures of Beckham in the hospital but said he didn’t know much.
“The news broke the other day,” he said. “I don’t even know what they told me. Hopefully it can change my mind. I don’t get too in the details. I just know what he did is wrong.”
Meanwhile, the Heat announced on Monday that forward Udonis Haslem, who has been sidelined with a right quad injury since Oct. 27, will return to Miami on Tuesday.
Haslem was sidelined with injuries early in the season and was placed on the 15-day disabled list prior to the Miami opener in the New
